Description:

Disjunction will modify all of a target's skills and spells, reducing the amount they have them learned. For example if you had cure light mastered (100%) and someone cast disjunction on you, it would now be between 90-95% and would no longer be exempt from filtering by the web spell. Vassago mentioned on the Archon Talk channel that mastered spells affected by disjunction can still be cast without memorization. The Cwn Annwn has not experimentally verified this though. This spell may be cast while silenced.
