Long Desc: A grimy looking dracon with a disease that eats away scales stands here.

A robust dracon, his belly swells over his belt as he growls
contemptously at your approach.  A rotting disease can be seen about his
body that he attempts to cover with leather armor and helm.  Although only
small glimpses of the scale infestation can be seen the odor permeates the
air all around him.
He is a dracon approximately 4'1" tall.
