NPC: A despondent sidhe
Long Desc: A shorn woman stands here crying, her hands covering her face.

This sidhe has suffered indignities to her appearance that many have only
dreamed of in their nightmares.  Her once glorious hair has been shaven from
her head and her wings cruelly ripped from her back.  The fact that she
survived that torture attests to her will to live.  Her tears are shed more
in shame than due to what she has suffered.  Her tattered garments are the
only things left to give her any dignity.
She is a sidhe approximately 6'1" tall.
