Long Desc: One of the many unfortunate dracons to be locked away is huddled in a corner.

An emaciated prisoner weak from the harsh conditions and intolerable
meals served in the dungeon lies in a pile of its own filth on the floor.
With a broken wing it looks to be a cruel joke of the gods as it attempts to
raise itself.
He is a dracon approximately 5'1" tall.
