NPC: A mad dwarf
Long Desc: A short, stocky man mutters to himself as he chews on his beard.

It would seem that this dwarf has cracked under the torture of the
dracons.  His eyes appeared glazed over and spittle drips from his lips into
the strands of what is left of his beard.  His skin shows the black and blue
of recent bruises as well as oozing sores.  The ends of his fingers are
missing where his nails would have been.  From the looks of it, he may have
chewed them off himself.
He is a dwarf approximately 4'7" tall.
