NPC: A Beltan knight-errant
Long Desc: A knight sits high in his horse, smiling at you.

A short, wiry man stands here, his knotted muscles showing from
underneath his woven platinum armor.  He seems to have something of a mullet
protruding from under his platinum helmet, his neck unbowed by the weight of
his equipment.  Sleepy eyes under droopy, half-open eyelids snap open
occasionally, looking for the dragon, mercenaries, or some other, unknown
threat, but just as quickly close again.  He sits high on his mount, likely
thankful for the relief of not having to move for as long as he doesn't have
to.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
