Long Desc: A robust, well-seasoned man is here, drinking a glass of water.

This man hawks loudly, occasionally yelling to the four winds about the
Alyrian Bazaar's fine vendors in an attempt to attract more business.  He
dresses in a well-worn purple tunic and wearing a signboard featuring one of
the local vendors.  He sips from a glass of water to moisten his throat and
to retain his thunderously loud, booming voice.
He is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
