NPC: An ice elemental
Long Desc: A chunk of ice that might have come from a glacier is floating here.

Ice elementals tend to appear as large glaciers floating in the water,
and usually go unnoticed until it is too late.  The elemental's arms appear
as smaller jagged protrusions on either side of the elementals body.  Two
orbs of deep green peer out of the front of the seeming ice berg and serve
as its eyes.  Like all other common elementals, they rarely speak, but their
voices can be heard in the grinding of ice over ice and in the howl of an
ocean gale.
He is a elemental approximately 7'1" tall.
