NPC: An ice toad
Long Desc: A large toad the color of blue ice hops about the room.

Fully intelligent, ice toads tend to make their dwellings in cold
climates for far beneath the surface of a large parch of ice.  In addition
to its nasty bite, it is rumored that it can radiate an aura of cold able to
crack even the finest of armor.  Ice toads speak their own form of language
which includes several grunting and low trilling sounds.
She is a frog approximately 1'6" tall.
