The walls, floor, and even random objects such as couches and sculptures
have all been fashioned of ice.  There is a long staircase carved from a
large block of ice, leading upwards to the northeast to the second floor of
the tower.  Around you, several deep blue toads hop about your feet and
radiate a cone of cold about them, which causes your fingers and face to
become numb.  The exit lies to the south, where a magical snowstorm has
picked up in strength.
