NPC: A spectral guard
Long Desc: A shadowy spectral figure hovers next to the throne watching your every movement.

As closely as you can determine this creature seems to be the undead form
of a giant, perhaps a warrior or knight.  Dressed in black armor and
surcoat, it stands absolutely motionless.  It appears to be emitting a faint
aura of light from its' head.  You get the feeling you are not welcome here.
Perhaps you should leave ...  Quickly!
It is a undead approximately 5'6" tall.
