NPC: Capricorn
Long Desc: A very large, peculiar looking goat is swimming about in a pool of salt water.

Capricorn, the sea goat, is swimmng about in a large pool of salt water.
He looks like a goat but has a somewhat humanoid head with gill slits along
his neck.  You can see one of his feet, which has some sort of cloven hoof
with webbing between the halves.  His body is covered with large scales
which give way to normal goat hair on his neck and head.  There are two
short horns on the top of his head and a normal goats tail on his rump.
It is a water weird approximately 24'1" tall.
