NPC: A busy cook
Long Desc: A cook is here making up the food that was ordered.

The cook busily chops vegetables, tossing them into the saute pan on the
stovetop.  Pausing to remove the lid from a pan and stir the contents, the
busy chef proceeds to get a plucked hen from the ice box and begin
filleting, all the while wiping down everything passed with a clean towel.
She is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
