An avid tourist, this stout little halfling is deeply enthused in the
Garden of Champions.  He wanders around in a daze, admiring the detailed
statues of the heroes of Avros.  He obviously wants to reach and touch them,
but stands a respectful distance back from the poised figures.  He obviously
knows a lot about the history of Tellerium, particularly about the most
important people and their place in the town's history.
He is a halfling approximately 4'1" tall.
