NPC: A gigantic oyster
Long Desc: A gigantic oyster is here, resting amongst a pile of rocks.

This frighteningly large shellfish sits ominously at the bottom of the
ocean.  Its shell is wise open, revealing disturbing grey flesh on the
interior.  However, a gleam catches your eye, and you see a huge pearl
inside the oyster!  You cautiously swim closer, but just as you are about to
reach inside the shell slams shut.
It is a crustacean approximately 1'6" tall.
