NPC: The friar of Vandyne
Long Desc: A slender man fades in to view in front of you with a smile.

A tall man stands before you in silvery garb, his face shadowed over by a
long draping hood but you can make out a warm smile from underneath.  He
appears to fade in and out of view, apparently from an ethereal plane of
existence.  He can often be found with a following of children and admirers.
He is a sidhe approximately 5'1" tall.
