NPC: The friar of Maradas
Long Desc: A friar in soft brown garb walks by with a warm smile.

A kindly old man walks by, his face is flush and its obvious that he is a
man who enjoys his liquor.  His dark robes are very soft as children are
often seen to come up to touch him and be near him.  His demeanor is gentle
and he cares very much for the many followers he has.  He wanders from place
to place offering blessings and prayers to everyone with an open heart.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
