NPC: An old fisherman
Long Desc: An old fisherman trying to catch himself some dinner is here.

This old man has been weathered by years at sea.  His face is deeply
lined from standing watch in both the blistering sun and raging storms
looking for the signs of the large schools of fish from which he once made a
living.  He is no longer able to sail the seas for his livelyhood, so he is
now forced to catch what he can wherever he can.
It is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
