NPC: A cultist
Long Desc: A member of the Cult of the Lady lurks in the shadows.

You decide that this strange person must be a member of the Cult of the
Lady, since no one else in their right mind would be living in such a
terrifying place.  While the crypts of the palace are very dangerous,
cultists have learned to avoid the creatures here through stealth and
cunning tactics.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.

This mob is required by the following quests:
