This quest [572] is called 'Crushing the Cult',

Lord Vendredi [Sigil] is the master in charge of this quest.
For a long time now, the Emperor of Diocletian has been searching for the
strongest of adventurers to go on a perilous quest. This quest involves the
cult that has been gaining strength in the catacombs underneath the great
city of Diocletian. The Emperor wishes you to travel down into the depths
of the cult stronghold and make an example of their leader and several of
their priests. Hopefully after you are finished the cult will realize the
error of their ways and disband back to wherever they came from.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive:
*Up to 50 quest points, 6 practice points, 0 experience points,
0 build points, 0 piety, and 25,000 gold pieces.

Phase 2: Journey to Entering the Subterranean Palace Catacombs.
Phase 4: Defeat A cult priest.
