NPC: A twisted leprechaun
Long Desc: A short shadowy man dressed all in green and gold glares at you from beneath the brim of his hat.

Standing nigh over 4 feet tall, this odd little man looks at you with a
mischievous twinkle in his eye.  This must be one of those leprechauns
you've heard so much about.  This particular leprechaun seems to be having a
bad day, however.  You consider asking him about the wherabouts of his gold,
but before you get a chance he begins cursing at you in an unknown tongue.
Perhaps it would be best to just leave this little guy alone.
It is a brownie approximately 3'7" tall.
