NPC: A shadow mist
Long Desc: The shadows seem to gather and form a mist in the far corner.

A group of shadows gathers and forms a small black mist in the far
corner.  The mist is as dark as night, preventing light from passing
through.  Anything inside of the mist is concealed completely.  The mist
does not seem to recognize your presence.
It is a mist approximately 50'0" tall.
