NPC: Dlerick
Long Desc: Dlerick is here serving up his dishes and taking orders.

Dlerick looks just exactly as one would expect a hill dwarf who runs a
cheap diner to look.  His knit shirt doesn't quite cover his expansive belly
and his trousers don't come up quite as high as one would hope either.  He
is deeply engrossed in mining for ear wax when you arrive asking for a menu.
He is a hill-dwarf approximately 3'5" tall.
