NPC: A new recruit
Long Desc: A new recruit is here scrubbing the floors.

This young man is fresh out of Unseelie boot camp.  He has very nervous
eyes and has quite a jittery demeanor.  He looks at you trying to size you
up.  He doesn't pose much of a threat.  It would probably be better to let
him continue cleaning so you don't alert anyone of your presence.
He is a fey approximately 4'8" tall.
