NPC: A ferrier's assistant
Long Desc: A young fey is here, running frantically around the ferrier area.

You see a scrawny-looking man before you, with an unhappy look on his
face, racing to keep up with the demands of the ferriers.  He seems to be
muttering something to himself as he rushes past you, trying to remember the
seemingly endless list of tasks that the ferrier has provided for him.
It is a fey approximately 4'8" tall.
