Long Desc: A waitress makes sure that all the patrons have enough to drink.

Living off gratuities does interesting things to a person.  The waitress
before you is fast, efficient and generally good at her job.  However, it's
also left her tired, dispirited and generally cynical about mankind.
Shifting her weight from her right leg to her left she looks like she can't
wait to go home and soak her feet.
She is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
