NPC: Galtero, ferrier of electrum
Long Desc: A sullen fey is here making weapons by mixing various electrums.

Galtero is a mountain of a man which is not surprising for someone who
shapes raw electrum into swords or armor.  His skill as a smithy is widely
known.  Despite his great size he is able to create or repair even the most
delicate items.  Galtero keeps to himself, although one can imagine the
tales he could tell.
It is a fey approximately 4'7" tall.
