NPC: Excellon the silverworker
Long Desc: Excellon the silverworker is here toiling away at his hammer and anvil.

Here is Excellon the silverworker.  He is an older man with wrinkled
facial features.  Ever since he was a child he has been working with silver.
Excellon has been doing custom jobs for Queen Tirona for years now.  He has
been comissioned to Cavhfail to do weapons, armor, and other military items.
Noble in stature, not many are more humble than this silverworker.
He is a fey approximately 4'7" tall.
