NPC: A grimy cook
Long Desc: The cook of Dlerick's Resturant is making a real mess here.

With horror you watch the cook prepare food for the unsuspecting
customers.  Reusing dirty pots is the least of his crimes as you watch him
dip a grimy finger into the batter and taste it.  Noticing your look of
disgust, he confides that's what gives the food at Dlerick's that special
flavor.
He is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
