NPC: A hard-working private
Long Desc: A younger fey is here scrubbing the floors on his hands and knees.

Not quite the way this young man had hoped to start off his new job in
Cavhfail.  This private's duties are to make sure the floors and walls are
as clean as a whistle.  He works hard in hopes of moving his way up the
ranks to become General one day.  Try not to bother him, he has a lot of
work left to do!
It is a fey approximately 4'9" tall.
