Long Desc: The governor of Avros sits behind his desk looking over some new policies.

As you enter the office you see a hard-working man bent over his desk.
However, as he hears a visitor enter, he stands and flashes you a friendly
smile and hearty handshake.  Popular with his constituents, this handsome
young governor says all the right things at the right times.  However,
behind his slick politician's facade you sense a sincere desire to serve his
people.
He is a minotaur approximately 6'1" tall.
