NPC: A tomcat
Long Desc: A tomcat is causing trouble again.

Tomcats are slinky creatures that scavenge the roadways looking for food.
These cats are smaller than the fast lynx but just as crafty.  It has thick
fur and is able to protect itself from the elements of nature.  It feeds off
of the rats and other vermin that inhabit the town.  Although mean and
fierce looking, the tomcat's growl is much worse than its bite.
He is a domestic cat approximately 1'6" tall.
