NPC: A dracon monk
Long Desc: A dracon monk is here, riding along the dusty trail.

The dracon monk is a worshipper of Allak-sunn the god of the four winds.
He is on his way to a nearby town to convert more to this faith.  The monk
has many things to offer this new town he plans to visit, his martial arts,
his skills and above all the words of his god.  He bows toward your group as
he sees you aproach and smiles in greetings.  The monks robes shifts around
a little at his feet from a wind that isn't present and he continues on his
way.
He is a dracon approximately 4'1" tall.
This NPC is a member of the clergy for Allak-Sunn, Dracons' Archaic Controller of Winds (Air).
