NPC: Alto Pileus
Long Desc: A small cloud sprite sits on the floor, exhausted.

One of the two children of the Pileus clan, Alto is the older brother of
Cirra.  Cooped up inside the castle all day, his parents expect him to sit
quietly, or perhaps read a book.  Instead, he is busy trying to keep his
younger sister from completely wrecking the entire house.  So far, he has
been able to contain her damage to their room and the connected study, but
he appears quite tired.
He is a elemental approximately 7'0" tall.
