NPC: An insane prisoner
Long Desc: A prisoner tries to keep his sanity by humming songs.

This rather wild-looking dwarf sits in the corner of his cell, rocking
back and forth.  You can tell from the condition of his clothes that he's
been here for a while, but he still seems hopeful.  Clinging to the small
remaining hope of being released, the prisoner constantly hums a little tune
to entertain himself.
He is a hill-dwarf approximately 3'5" tall.
