NPC: A Teolaven sweeper
Long Desc: A sweeper is here, cleaning the roads of Teolaven.

Those adepts that crash and burn before they can finish their mental
conditioning still have a place in Teolaven, albeit only as sweepers.  They
are industrious and hard-working, even if their critical thinking skills are
practically non-existent.  This one in particular sweeps well and sweeps
hard, keeping the streets well-maintained for the locals and visitors.
Because their minds are subpar, not to mention unfit for psionic activity,
they are reduced to carrying bags for the trash, and physically picking it
up.  How droll.
She is a half-elf approximately 5'1" tall.
