NPC: The shade of a sailor
Long Desc: The shade of some drowned sailor lingers here.

The shade of some long dead sailor haunts the waters here.  His
unearthly whispers are just beyond the range of your hearing, and you wonder
what he could be trying to tell you.  Maybe he is trying to warn you of his
fate so you can avoid it, but then again, maybe he is trying to lure you
into oblivion.
It is a ghost approximately 5'7" tall.
