Long Desc: A paramour is waiting for a woman that wishes to have a good time.

A slick young man, the paramour's main target group consists of the young
wives of the rich men in Tellerium.  Loitering outside the exclusive shops
downtown is a good way to meet prospective business but he also uses this
house to entertain his established clientele.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
