NPC: An animated flame
Long Desc: An animated flame burns here, engulfing anything that it comes into contact with.

The animated flame becomes more dangerous as it increases in size, which
it is doing very rapidly.  You feel the intense heat of the approaching
flame burning your skin.  It continues to move toward you the heat forcing
you to retreat with it's every motion forward.  You begin to feel the metal
of your equipment scolding your flesh as it's temperature is transferred to
your flesh.  Looks like there is only two choices dowse this flame or find a
lake to jump into and cool off.
It is a elemental approximately 6'1" tall.
