Long Desc: A goblin shaman is here, waving his skulls and wards at you.

The goblin shaman stands here waving his wards and shrunken skulls at
you.  Perhaps he's trying to lay a curse on you, but it isn't working.
Serving as the witchdoctor of his tribe, the goblin shaman is one unique
creature.  You would do a good deed by sending this animal to meet the
divine power that it is failing to invoke.
He is a goblin approximately 3'6" tall.
This NPC is a member of the clergy for Grorbol, the Troublesome Goblin deity (Earth).
