Lord Vendredi [Sigil] is the master in charge of this quest.
It is of great importance that you finish this quest quickly as an
ambassador from Diocletian is heading to Sigil within the next hour to
discuss possible trading routes that could form between Sigil and
Diocletian. This alliance is very important to me, as it would mean that we
can form a tighter link between us and Diocletian. I need you to go to the
Krayos mountain range and make sure the ambassador makes it to Sigil.
Krayos is full of monsters that would not hesitate to kill a helpless
traveler. Deal with them by any means possible, be it diplomacy or brute
force, then report back to me.
