NPC: A quartz golem
Long Desc: A beautiful but strange looking golem is standing here.

The quartz golem was an experimental creation by an insane mage.  It was
released and now wanders these mountains in search of mortals to slay.  The poor suffering creature moans and groans as it endlessly searches for
something to attack.  Because it is beautiful in its own way, you could just decide to ignore the slow beast.
It is a golem approximately 6'1" tall.
