NPC: A yellow phoenix
Long Desc: A yellow phoenix is here, charged with electricity.

This rare breed of phoenix is unlike its cousin the fire breathing
phoenix as it breathes lightning.  It is much less dangerous although
feathers from this bird are harder to find.  The yellow phoenix often live
alone and away from the rest of their kind, due to their constant
competition for the scarce amounts of food up in the mountains.  The beauty of this bird is truly unparallel, though, as if magic itself had created such a being.
It is a bird approximately 1'5" tall.
