Long Desc: A short, funny-looking man is standing here, nonchalantly leaning against the wall.

Zevious appears to be some kind of faerie.  You can sense an aura of
powerful magic radiating from him, but he appears not to be bothered by your
presence.  The faerie looks at you quizzically, arching an eyebrow as you
examine him.  You're not so sure what his intent is, but it may be wise to
be cautious around him.  
He is a faerie approximately 0'2" tall.
