This is a small, irregularly-shaped chamber dug out of the solid earth
beneath a granite fountain on the Winterborn Manor grounds.  The sides of
the room have been reinforced with blackened wooden blocks capped with
metal.  A large sigil, the purpose of which is unclear, has been scratched
in the eastern wall.
A short, funny-looking man is standing here, nonchalantly leaning against the wall.
