NPC: A plague victim
Long Desc: Coughing and sneezing frequently, this plague victim shivers and suffers.

This poor person has wounds and sores covering his skin.  He is plague
ridden and thus reeks of death.  Many of the nurses, although busy, do try
to avoid him because of the extremely contageous disease he is carrying.  He
also coughs and sneezes rather often, staying away from him would probably
be wise.
He is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
