NPC: A fey bard
Long Desc: A bard from the fey plane sings songs that are popular in that realm.

The bard is dressed exquisitely in silk and black leather, an outfit only
a fey could look fabulous in.  He looks at you snobbishly, with the certain
knowledge that you might one day be serving him wine and catering to his
every whim.  He has several different musical instruments slung across his
back.
He is a fey approximately 4'7" tall.
