NPC: A street thug
Long Desc: A street thug walks about looking for someone to hassle.

This drow miscreant wanders the streets looking for people to bully.  You
begin to wonder what his upbringing had to have been like, to force him into
a life of crime.  He then reveals a small dagger and demands your gold, and
you don't care anymore.
He is a drow approximately 4'7" tall.
