NPC: An energy tendril
Long Desc: An energy tendril emerges from the top of a ruby-topped staff.

This magically-created tendril swirls out from a ruby-topped staff,
powered entirely by the inherent energy.  It looks slightly fluid, but it
moves about of its own power, and slowly wavers in the air, searching
something out.
It is a unique approximately 4'9" tall.
