NPC: Captain Pierot
Long Desc: A swarthy swashbuckler is aboard the Merdraco, steering the ship.

The captain is dressed in a long, black overcoat, streaked with salt residue
from the ocean water, and (you suspect) a good number of bird droppings as
well.  He has a pegleg and an eyepatch, and when he turns his head to look
back at you, you notice three gold teeth in his wry smile.  The 5 o'clock
shadow indicates he has been at sea for quite some time.  A lively green-
feathered parrot is perched on his left shoulder.  To find out where he is
sailing next, SAYTO Pierot Where are you going?
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
